This assessment is intended to serve as a simulation for the actual Clinical Knowledge Assessment found in the Practice Review. It differs from the actual assessment primarily in mode of delivery. The actual assessment is a pen and paper assessment and therefore does not require any comfort level with computers. However, the cases, which you find here in this assessment, are representative of the cases found on the actual assessment. In fact all the cases, which appear here, were at one time or another administered on the actual Clinical Knowledge assessment given at the College. Understandably, no claims of equivalency between this assessment and the actual administration can be made but it is fair to say that the cases presented here are a fair representative to those that candidates encounter at the College
