This practice assessment is designed to simulate the Clinical Knowledge component of the OCP Practice Review. The actual assessment is an open book exam, therefore feel free to use any references available to you. In terms of pacing yourself through this sample, please keep in mind that pharmacists completing this assessment at the college have 115 minutes for the 15 cases and their accompanying 60 multiple choice questions. After completing the assessment you will receive feedback as to your performance across each of the cases. In addition, your score will be compared to the score set by a committee of practicing pharmacists to determine if you acheived the standard. Each of the cases you are about to view have been developed by practicing members of the profession and are designed to reflect the everyday practice of pharmacy.
